NBRThis elastomer is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile and is used for most seal applications for conventional fluids.NBR elastomers offer good properties of compression, tear and abrasion resistance; good flexibility and high breaking load (up to 210kg cm²).The operating temperature varies from -30 ° to + 100 ° C, and for a short time up to 120 ° C.NBR seals are impermeable to gases and present an excellent chemical resistance in the presence of town gas, butane, propane, fatty acids, water and detergents. EPDMIt is an ethylene and propylene-based rubber plus a third monomer (diene). For its chemical structure it is particularly resistant to fluids such as water and vapour. PA66Polyamide PA66 is a material with high rigidity and hardness, resistant to abrasion, wear and fatigue. It has a low coefficient of friction and is resistant to corrosion. It also has good electrical, mechanical and thermal characteristics.Products made of PA66 can be used instead of brass products, with the advantage of being lighter, avoiding the formation of limestone incrustations, being more resistant to corrosion and atmospheric agents. The chemical formulation also guarantees total non-toxicity and suitability for contact with liquid food. PPPolypropylene is a material with good mechanical strength and excellent chemical resistance; it also has a high impact resistance and good dimensional stability.Compared to PVC fittings, they have the advantage of superior mechanical and bending strength, which makes it possible to use them at a wider range of operating temperatures. The chemical formulation also guarantees total non-toxicity and suitability for contact with liquid food. PPRRandom polypropylene (PPR) is part of the propylene family but has a greater resistance to low temperatures.It is one of the most electrically insulating materials and is insensitive to electrostatic and electromagnetic fields of any frequency. It also has a high resistance to chemical agents and is particularly inert even with respect to contact problems with food substances. These properties, together with the thermal and mechanical properties, make the PPR particularly suitable for use in the plumbing and heating sector.

The work of our highly qualified team and the research always directed at designing innovative products has led BUCCHI s.r.l. to introduce new suction kits for water collection. 1.1m long and with a 30mm pipe diameter, the innovative compression fittings for hoses BDFast® are perfect for the use of the suction KITS in collection tanks, water treatment, recovery and rain water collection systems. The use of BDFast® branded polypropylene fittings offers many advantages: avoiding the use of the metal clamp, they are maintenance free, as oxidation cannot occur. New fillers range, whose peculiarity is GAS threading seal used to facilitate junction attachment, allows an easier connection to different type of machines. New BUCCHI’s fillers are perfectly adequate to european standard that use GAS threading ISO 228/1: they can be easily coupled with products on the market such as seal and bi-seal valve, collectors or half fillers already installated on machineries.
