An in-depth analysis of the Maghreb area was conducted, with the aim of identifying a new strategic repositioning in the local market. The study included a careful analysis of the competition and the identification of potential business partners, capable of promoting and enhancing our offer. This led to the proposal of a wider range of products, in line with the specific needs of the North African market, and the definition of a new positioning strategy.
